What will you do?

Coordinating and planning logistics projects worldwide from our office in Alblasserdam, the Netherlands.
Trade directly with customers, suppliers and carriers in an international environment.
Handle administrative tasks, such as preparing transport documents.
Monitor shipments, control budget, and troubleshoot potential issues.
Develop and support process improvements internally and with partners and customers.
Assisting in quoting quotations and projects.
Ensure compliance with customs regulations and other legal requirements.
If necessary, visit project sites across Europe.

As a Freight Forwarder Projects, you will play a key role in managing projects for our most important customers. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all logistics projects run smoothly.

What do you bring?

Higher level of education, preferably in logistics or a related field.
You have 3 years or more experience in international trade, international logistics and international transport operations.
Living in the Rotterdam area.
A proactive attitude and problem-solving attitude.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills in English, a second language such as Spanish, Dutch or Chinese is a plus.
Experience with ERP or transport management systems is an advantage.
A network in logistics is an advantage.
A valid Dutch work permit.
